This page contains the names of slaves listed in estate records and who they were passed on to or if they were sold. Just an FYI: The Doc Year refers to the year of the document the slave's name was originally found, not necessarily the year they were either passed or sold.
Any extra information I found on a slave outside of the court/probate records is marked either with a C for the federal census or FAG for Find-A-Grave.com.
As of the 05/2015 update, some of the names added for Carroll were taken from microfilm #8475 in the State Archives entitled "Carrollton Inventories & Appraisements" and might also be located on the county level, but not online.
Current Status: I'm focusing on Carroll, Holmes, and Yalobusha county right now.
